EV Lithium-Ion Battery Class
Our EV Lithium-Ion Battery Class is offered in both in-person and virtual formats and is designed to equip teams with practical, real-world knowledge. The course covers battery types, future technologies, smart charging principles, and preventative practices, along with critical electrical shock and fire safety training, including safe distance, exposure time, and re-ignition risks.
Participants also receive hands-on instruction in hazardous handling procedures, proper response to lithium-ion fires (including why water should not be used), infrared temperature monitoring, and the correct use of high-voltage tools and equipment, with live demonstrations of fire blanket deployment and reassembly.
